Drop Into Your Body
Do yourself a favor and find a delicious way to drop into your body.
There are a thousand ways that this could look. That could be through dance, yoga, climbing, meditation, sensuality… you choose.
Give yourself permission to move. It may feel awkward at first to stretch into your edges. That’s normal and part of the process. Embrace it.
Drop in, even if it’s just for a few minutes every day. Give yourself that gift. Stick with it and see how expansive you become.
The exciting thing is that you build your capacity for pleasure by introducing more of it into your life. And you’ll feel the ripple effect throughout your life.
