This is a Beautiful reminder that I can’t hear enough. And the Dahlia!! 🌸 Love it!! I try to remind myself for the next time I’ve had a big expansion, to see the contraction as a positive sign- one that I just grew!
Love this - and so appreciate what you share here!
To be able to objectify and normalize this process which is such an easy target for our inner critic to judge and gaslight is an amazing gift. I don't know of a better way to accomplish that than for all of us to continue sharing these experiences with each other as you have so beautifully and bravely done here. ❤️🌹❤️
It was such a useful exercise to workshop this experience from my life that didn’t feel good and begin to understand why. Truly, if there is a way that we can accelerate another’s learning by sharing our own experiences, I am all for it.
I had something that hung on my fridge for years: a quote that said, our experiences are not just for us. They are meant to be shared.

Wow really needed this reminder!!
Thank you, Luna! I'm glad that this resonated with you. I definitely needed it too!
Beautiful if not uncomfortable way to be reminded of the essential contraction to every expansion.
I do hope your cough is soothed and smoothed away soon, I have a little lingering cough from a week ago, my pelvic floor isn’t happy 😂
Thank you, lovely Sarina for this reflection! Glad to have you here.
Thank you, already the cough is subsiding. Several friends tested positive for Covid this week, and am grateful to have avoided it.
I never thought about the correlation between coughing and the pelvic floor!! You’re opening my eyes!
