Woman, Uncorrupted. A Return to Your True Nature. Part 1 Womb Wisdom
A free 3-part audio series to reconnect with the truth of our beauty and brilliance, uncorrupted by systems that disconnect us from our divinity.
Hello beautiful friends,
Welcome to a special collaborative mini-series with of Sex & Style.
Sarah is a certified Somatic Sex and Relationship Coach (which can sound intimidating at first, right?).
Instead, Sarah has a warmth and generosity that’s felt instantly through her work. Her desire to nurture other women is so palpable, I knew we’d connect deeply and create something magical for our readers.
These practices will support you to shut out the noise, drop deeply into the body and attune to your true nature, so you can inhabit more of your unique beauty and brilliance.
Here in part 1 of Woman, Uncorrupted is a gentle 10 minute Womb Wisdom guided practice.
Clear some space and soak in the soothing sound of Sarah’s voice as she guides you through this potent practice.
Why be a Woman, Uncorrupted?
Each of us holds a unique beauty and brilliance that’s longing to be uncorrupted.
Yet with the over-stimulation, demands for our attention and ideas about who we should be that we've been fed by society, finding our way back requires conscious effort.
We know of this longing to be uncorrupted from the way our whole being expands when we shut out the noise and gently and lovingly attend to the body.
When the body is revered this way, it ushers in spaciousness to
access a deep wisdom found nowhere else outside of you
align with your creative signature to courageously express yourself
trust and lead from your feminine essence where burnout is never an option
In this short video, Sarah explains why so many of us are disconnected from the power of our wombs and how we can use this practice to return to our true nature.
Please read before diving into the guided audio practice below:
If you would like to incorporate a candle, incense and body oil to create a ritual space, gather these first. If not go ahead with the practice. (I didn’t have these handy so I practised without them)
Sarah will cue when the guided practice ends, though you may wish to continue lying with your hands on your womb space and continue connecting. It’s your body, you get to decide when you feel complete in the practice.
Your womb might be quiet at first, that’s perfectly normal. Remember this is a relationship we are cultivating and we are learning her ‘language’. When I practised this yesterday, it was day two of my bleed and my womb was subtly indicating by her quietness that she was fully immersed in her own presence, doing her necessary work, the work of letting go. During the practice when Sarah cued to send a smile to my womb, it felt awkward at first, but then it opened a kind of channel whereby my smile was able to be received by my womb, which felt like the gentlest medicine I didn’t know I needed.
The very practice of tuning into the womb, regardless of how much or how little she expresses, holds her in the reverence she deserves — that you deserve. Allowing this type of stillness, with regular practice, will help you attune to your womb’s innate wisdom, via her unique language. You might experience subtle images or sounds, or she might speak in precise messages. We encourage you to welcome any ‘language’ she offers you.
After the practice, you may wish to journal. This can help you remember the subtlest parts of the practice that unfolded to return to later, as well as integrate the wisdom from your womb.
Start in a comfortable seated or lying position and press play.

Behind the Scenes of this collaboration:
Fun fact - Sarah and I met on Substack and have never actually met in person, yet there’s a deep resonance and sense of sisterhood between us.
Across vast oceans and a timezone difference of 16 hours, Sarah and I shared WhatsApp messages for several months, sparking and developing ideas for how to bring something special to our readers to help you connect with the magic and wealth of their bodies, just as we both do regularly.
We remained devoted to this collaboration being free of force, uncorrupted, if you like, so there’s no energetic imprint of what we ‘should’ do and when it should be done.
The feminine way required us to shift and adapt where needed, since both Sarah and I were sick for a long while, not to mention many other life curve balls.
Despite our original idea to publish in June, we trusted the evolution of this collaboration both in content and timeline, and never once ‘pushed through’ just to get it done. We laughed each time we caught ourselves acting like there were rules for when it needed to be done!
Instead, this is a creation from the seats of our own wombs, where we allowed our feminine essence to guide to lead us here, trusting in this perfect timing.
