I’m a Certified VITA™ Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach and Wardrobe Stylist, plus a deeply embodied flamenco dancer and lettering artist. I’m a multi-faceted creatrix.
Growing up in a strict religious home, my body didn’t belong to me. As a grown-ass woman, that didn’t feel right.
A decade ago, I began that reclamation, steadily unraveling the patriarchal script that my body is off limits to myself. After years of trying to make it work, I threw out their script and wrote my own. Along the way, I found the goddess that I’d been yearning for and realized she had been there all along.
In 2021, I completed a 650-hour tantric sex, love and relationship VITA Coaching certification. This trauma-informed coaching methodology blends ancient Tantric and Daoist practices with modern psychology and somatic practices.
In 2009 I graduated from the Conselle Institute with master’s level Image Management Consulting certification that blends psychology and sociology. In the decade+ that followed, I’ve worked with 1:1 clients, been an Editorial Stylist in a photo studio setting and led a team of Stylists as Lead Stylist.
Sex and Style aren’t something that you’re born with. You can cultivate it. If you have a body, it is hard-wired for pleasure. You have an entire ecosystem that exists for you, and you alone. Pleasure is your literal birthright.
